Charles and Linda Williams are pleased to welcome you to their home on Sunday 18th May.

This property has a range of environmental improvements including cavity wall and loft insulation, sealed double glazed units installed at different times including some with low emissivity glass.

The heating system includes modern controls, thermostatic radiator valves and an Air Source Heat Pump installed in July 2013. Water softening is used to reduce limescale build up.

Solar water heating was installed in May 2007 and Photovoltaic panels (12 panel array - 2.6kw)in July 2006.

Lighting includes LED and CFL bulbs.

Rainwater stored in water butts is used in the garden and for car washing.

The garden is wildlife friendly and used to grow a range of fruit and vegetables using home produced compost.

The owners are trying to live a sustainable life with further plans for the future.
